Read "New York" by Edward Rutherford and bring three books (or printed reviews) to suggest for discussion in the coming weeks. Class meets every other Monday. Are you looking for a dry, safe, well-lit place to walk? This required orientation will kick off the program, providing information on techniques, proper stretching, goal setting, and the "rules of the road/hallways". You will receive health tips and resources along the way. Indoor shoes required.
