4 Player Team Co-ed League Volleyball

In the style of Beach Volleyball, this league is a 4 vs.4 league without the sand. The net is at men’s height. There is a minimum of two female players per team. Participants need to have experience playing volleyball and the team rating should not average higher than a C on a men’s net. Please register as a team, listing the names of players and team name. American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR and AED

Save the life of an adult, child or infant by renewing or earning your Heartsaver Basic Life Support CPR course completion card. We'll cover the latest AHA guidelines and skills for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, relief from choking, and the use of an AED (automated external defibrillator). This does not qualify for a healthcare provider course. Note: A $17 fee for completion card payable to instructor the night of class.
