Indoor Walking

Are you looking for a dry, safe, well-lit place to walk? This required orientation will kick off the program, providing information on techniques, proper stretching, goal setting, and the "rules of the road/hallways". You will receive health tips and resources along the way. Indoor shoes required. No Discounts. Orientation: Monday 9/9 at 5:30 p.m. (new walkers only) in Room 23 No walking 11/7, 11/13, 11/27-28 and School Holidays

This game is for those with the fundamental skills of serving, passing, setting and hitting. USVBA rules will be used during play. Iyengar Yoga: Session 2


with Jillene Jones

Reduce stress, tension and pain while increasing flexibility, alignment and body awareness in this gentle, slow paced class that works for people of all ages and physical abilities. Iyengar Yoga promotes well-being, strength and a positive mind. We use a balance of standing, seated and restorative poses in each class. You will perform a mixture of active and passive poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have a mat, please bring it. Zumba The Original Dance-Fitness Party: Session 2

Practice proper breathing techniques, relaxation movements and leg strengthening exercises that will improve your balance and agility and reduce stress. Power Yoga: Session 2

Looking to have a fun, energetic workout? Increase strength and tone muscles by using your own body for resistance. Work the full body including your arms, legs, core, and back by modifying classical yoga poses and Pilates moves to increase mind/body awareness, focus, and concentration. No weights necessary. Qi Gong Tai Chi: Option 1: Session 2

QI Gong can improve your breathing, help lower high blood pressure, and improve balance and joint flexibility through slow, low impact stretching and strengthening exercises.
