Hand and Foot Massage and Reflexology

Reflexology is a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet and hands linked to every part of the body. Learn a variety of therapeutic massage strokes, reflexology techniques and stretches for your hands and feet. Pamper yourself with a foot soak while we explore which areas of the feet reflect into the various areas of the body. We'll work on the wrists, hands and fingers, the ankles, feet and toes and learn how the positioning of your feet affects the rest of our body and corresponding muscles. Please bring a basin big enough for both feet and two hand towels. Come alone or with a practice partner. $20 per person
