Intermediate 4v4 Co-Ed Volleyball League

Each team must have at least one female on the court at all times. Games are self-officiated. Each team will play two sets of games each night - best of three. There will be two sessions each evening, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. League will be capped at eight teams the first season. Questions? Intro to Acrylic Pour Painting

Acrylic Pours use fluid paint mixed with various media to create unusual, unexpected abstract art paintings. No artistic experience is required. The class is limited to six participants and after the demonstration, each student will pour their art while the rest of the class observes so that each person can learn from the varied ways that different colors and ways of pouring impact the final piece.

All supplies are provided. Please wear old clothes and an apron.

Materials fee: $25 payable to instructor first day of class.

 

Intro to Basic Archery for Adults

This class will cover the basics of modern archery. Learn the history of archery and how it shaped cultures, the types of bows, parts of bows and equipment, and range safety. You may use your own bows upon inspection. All instruction is from certified USA Archery instructors, and instruction is based on the JOAD system of range safety.

Iyengar Yoga: Session 1

Reduce stress, tension and pain while increasing flexibility, alignment and body awareness in this gentle, slow paced class that works for people of all ages and physical abilities. Iyengar Yoga promotes well being, strength and a positive mind. We use a balance of standing, seated and restorative poses. You will perform a mixture of active and passive poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have a mat, please bring it. Props that are utilized to improve alignment and offer a wider variety of poses will be provided by the instructor.
