Reduce stress and maintain health in a non-competitive and non-strenuous manner. You’ll learn basic yoga stretches, correct body alignment, how to correct and improve posture, breathing techniques, and how to tighten and tone your body. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat.
