Tai Chi - Session 1

with Robert Mason


Practice proper breathing techniques, relaxation movements and leg strengthening exercises that will improve your balance and agility and reduce stress. These relaxing, low impact meditation movements will help increase lung capacity and might even lower your blood pressure. Limit 10

About Bob: Bob began using Tai Chi 30 years ago when his doctor requested he do so for his health. It has greatly improved his high blood pressure, flexibility and breathing. He has taught Tai Chi for 12 years having learned from five different teachers, one master and four practitioners. Bob loves being able to help people to improve their health through Tai Chi.
