4 Player Team Co-ed League Volleyball

In the style of Beach Volleyball, this league is a 4 vs. 4 coed league without the sand. The net is at men's height. There is a minimum of two female players per team. Participants need to have experience playing volleyball and the team rating should not average higher than a C on a men's net. Please register as a team, listing the names of players and team name. Adult Coed Weight Training

Evening Indoors Walking Program

Are you looking for a dry, safe, well-lit place to walk? Join Adult Education's partner, CHCC, for an overview to walking for better health. A required orientation will kick off the program, providing information on techniques, proper stretching, goal setting, and the "rules of the road/hallways". You will receive healthy tips and resources along the way. Indoor shoes required.

Orientation: Monday 9/11 at 5:30 p.m. (new walkers only) in Room 23

Foundations of Hula Hooping

Hula Hooping is a fun and safe fitness activity that improves your posture, balance and stability while trimming your waist, hips, arms and thighs. You’ll pick up the core moves of waist hooping and move within the hoop while you transition into passing and off-body moves. Learn combos that will empower you with strength and fitness, and have fun doing it!

Hoops will be provided for the class or bring your own adult sized hoop.

Hatha Yoga: An Introduction

Hatha Yoga: Intermediate
