Join us in a friendly, vigorous and competitive weekly session of community basketball. Stay in shape through the winter months. Playing shoes must not be worn to and from sessions. Before you play, please register with the adult education office at 929-9185 or at sad6.maineadulted.org.
Fee: $30 for ten weeks or $3/per evening payable to Elijah

Qi Gong Tai Chi: Summer 2018

Qi Gong Tai Chi is great for seniors and people recovering from injuries. It promotes self-healing through movement. It improves your breathing, helps lower high blood pressure, improves balance and joint flexibility through slow, low impact stretching and strengthening exercises. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. 4 weeks
Stretch and De-Stress Yoga - Summer 2018

Come and join us to relax and take some "You" time! This class blends principles from Iyengar and Restorative yoga practices to create a unique and personalized experience. Blocks are provided by the instructor to modify poses for increased adaptability.
Please bring a mat to class. Students are encouraged to bring a towel or blanket with them.
All levels are welcome to participate!
