Take this opportunity to begin or continue a weight-training program using an assortment of free weights and weight benches. You may work independently, but will be given beginning instruction, supervision and general training guidelines. No class: 10/5 and School Holidays

Join us in a friendly, vigorous and competitive weekly session of community basketball. Stay in shape through the winter months. Playing shoes must not be worn to and from sessions. Before you play, please register with the adult education office at 929-9185 or on-line at: sad6.maineadulted.org. Fee: $30 for ten weeks or $3/per evening payable to Elijah No class: 11/8 and School Holidays

 

Latin Dance

Have you gone beyond beginner dances? Do you like to laugh, talk, dance, and have fun? Get some exercise while learning intermediate line dances. Learn some new dances and dance steps that just may put a little sizzle in your moves on the dance floor.

Please wear shoes that move easily on the floor and bring some water to drink.        6 Weeks

Work the full body including your arms, legs, core and back by modifying classical yoga poses and Pilates moves to increase mind/body awareness, focus and concentration. No weights necessary. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat. 6 weeks
