Are you looking for a dry, safe, well-lit place to walk? This required orientation will kick off the program, providing information on techniques, proper stretching, goal setting, and the "rules of the road/hallways". You will receive health tips and resources along the way. Indoor shoes required.

Iyengar Yoga: Session 2

Reduce stress, tension, and pain while increasing flexibility, alignment and body awareness in this gentle, slow-paced class that works for people of all ages and physical abilities. Iyengar Yoga promotes well being, strength and a positive mind. We use a balance of standing, seated and restorative poses. You will perform a mixture of active and passive poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have a mat, please bring it. Props that are utilized to improve alignment and offer a wider variety of poses will be provided by the instructor. 6 weeks No class: 11/22
