Adult Co-Ed Weight Training

Evening Indoors Walking Program
with Sarah Breul
Are you looking for a dry, safe, well-lit place to walk? This required orientation will kick off the program, providing information on techniques, proper stretching, goal setting, and the "rules of the road/hallways". You will receive health tips and resources along the way. Indoor shoes required.
Orientation: Monday 9/10 at 5:30 p.m. (new walkers only) in Room 23 No walking 11/8, 11/21, 12/12 and School Holidays
Functional Fitness Circuit Bootcamp

Burn fat and get stronger in this functional circuit training class! You don’t have to be a pro as this class is for all fitness levels, from those of you just beginning your fitness journey, occasional gym goers, and for seasoned fitness enthusiasts as well. We will adapt the exercises to your level and get you maximum results! 6 weeks
Hatha Yoga: Beginners
with Patricia Packard
Reduce stress and maintain health in a non-competitive and non-strenuous manner. You'll learn basic yoga stretches, correct body alignment, how to correct and improve posture, breathing techniques, and how to tighten and tone your body. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat.

Hatha Yoga: Intermediate
with Patricia Packard
Join this intermediate yoga course if you’ve “mastered” the basics of Hatha Yoga. Continue practicing this gentle form of yoga that promotes self-awareness and health through stretches, yoga postures and techniques, while tightening and toning your body. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat.

Intermediate 4v4 Co-Ed Volleyball League

Each team must have at least one female on the court at all times. Games are self-officiated. Each team will play two sets of games each night - best of three. There will be two sessions each evening, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. League will be capped at eight teams the first season. Questions?
