Are you looking for dry, safe, well-lit place to walk? This required orientation will kick off the program, provide information on techniques, proper stretching, and the “rules of the road” (hallways). Receive healthy tips and resources along the way. Indoor shoes required. Please rigister on www.sad6.maineadulted.org. No discounts.
